Protect them from aging by using sunscreen whenever you go outside—rub it thoroughly into your hands. Get into the habit of giving yourself a weekly manicure , which will make your hands look nice and clean, and also to combat  annoying problems such as chipping, splitting, peeling and cracking. Protect your cuticles from scissors-crazed manicurists who want to cut them: they should never be cut or trimmed.
